Inspired by Mom’s Muesli Recipe
Growing up in Switzerland, my mom learned two things early on: skiing is life and muesli is breakfast. And the two go hand in hand, because muesli (Swiss-style overnight oats) is the perfect fresh, tasty and nutritious breakfast to kick off a day skiing in the Alps.

I took my mom’s muesli recipe and turned it into a bar – using chocolate as the vehicle to hold the soft oat mixture together. The end result?
A fresher, cleaner and more delicious granola bar alternative, with a satisfyingly soft texture that is anything but stale.

And so Mooski was born – the name being a play on the words “muesli” and “ski.” And no, there are no moose in Switzerland... our Moose (Alpy) is simply just a riff on the pronunciation of muesli – "moose-lee."
